Wow, I just went and read through all of this site and I am even more discouraged. I had a bilateral knee replacement a month ago. Everyone thinks I am doing awesome 每 can bend almost to 120 and I do my exercises, etc. But then we get to the other side and what I am reading on here 每 the horrible tightness around my knee that feels like a band that never goes away, the pain that is always there. My knees feel so heavy and I don*t really want to do anything 每 I am sure there is some depression over all of this. I don*t sleep well at night and when I finally do sleep, I don*t move so when I wake up, my knees feel awful. I know, I am just one month out but after reading what all is on here, I don*t feel like this is going to get any better. I have had lots of surgeries and I always thought 每 just keep moving and exercising and every day, you will be better. That hasn*t worked in this scenario. I was already on some pain killers for my back before the surgery and they don*t give me anything else that is stronger so pain killers aren*t really helping. I am at a loss as to what to do now. I am sad. Anyone had all this happened and now they are better?
